Jobs offered especially in the Internet stipulate that work may end anytime, for indefinite reasons. Many freelancers are assured of broad need for their services, not keeping in mind that these change from day to day. Experienced freelancers are already cynical about this type of job ads, which is equivalent to coming to work one day and then getting fired the next.

Lack of Contact Information

Freelance job seekers and recruiters have difficulties keeping in touch because of email or technical problems.
